COVID-19 Phase II - REC Soccer Return to Play: Parent Decision

Germantown REC Soccer Parents,

As we have begun to announce our return to play plan, we need your help in getting the 2020 REC season back up and running.

Please take a few minutes to click the link provided and complete the questionnaire.  It is important that everyone who had registered for the 2020 Spring REC season complete one questionnaire for each child registered.

The questionnaire will…

• Provide our current Return to Play Guidelines and Protocols
• Allow us to know if your son or daughter will be playing this summer
• Allow us to start the process for credits or refunds for those that cannot play

For ALL Jr. Legends programs (U12- U19), our only option is reimbursement, as we are unable find any outside teams to play.  As such, this questionnaire will allow us to provide the reimbursement your family would like.

Again, we cannot stress enough, the importance of completing this questionnaire in a timely manner.  We want to get back everyone back on the fields as soon as possible.
