Description
SCISSORS There are two versions of this scissor type motion. The one described above when the stepover move goes out and around the the front of the ball is a "front side scissors". You can abbreviate this motion and do the stepover motion mostly behind the ball and it is a "back side scissors". They both work well if you don't just swing your legs around but actually try to fake the change in direction.
