Skill of the week: INSIDE CUT and OUTSIDE CHOP

Description

INSIDE CUT (TURN)
Dribble forward by touching the ball a little forward.  Plant one foot to the left or right of the ball two- three feet, faking a kick with the opposite leg, bringing it down and with the inside of the foot in a 'chopping' motion to cut (or push) the ball backwards to the outside of your body.

 

OUTSIDE CHOP
Dribble forward by touching the ball a little forward.  Plant one foot behind the ball two- three feet, faking a kick with the opposite leg, bringing it down and with the outside of the foot  in a 'chopping' motion to cut the ball backwards across the front of your body.
