Description
Each Legends Saturday Skill session will consist of 3 Skills stations (15 minutes each), followed by 30 minutes of small-sided games.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- Players must arrive at the field ten minutes prior to practice time.
- Players must practice in the Legends practice uniform (official jersey, black shorts, white socks, cold weather Legends warm-up).
- Players must come with a properly inflated soccer ball.
- Players must wear shinguards.
- Players must bring plenty of water.
