Preschool/Daycare Class Policies

 

1) PAYMENT

For programs with a flat fee per session, full payment for a class session is required at the time of enrollment ONLINE; students will not be permitted to participate unless payment has been received.

For classes conducted on a month-to-month basis: Payments must be made online. If payment has not been made by the 2nd week of classes that month, your child will not be picked up until payment is made.

 

2) WITHDRAWING FROM HAPPYFEET CLASSES

For all monthly drafted classes, a 30 day notice by email to info@memphishappyfeet.com is required to withdraw a child from a HappyFeet class.  If a refund is requested after a payment is made and no class has been held, it will be subjected to a $10 admin fee. If a refund is requested after a payment is made and there has been atleast one class, there will be no refund.  For classes that require a flat rate/one time payment for full season at your school (ex; 7 week Fall Class), a full refund (less a $25 processing fee) will be provided up to the first class date of a class session. A 50% refund will be given during the first two weeks of class sessions. No refunds will be made after the second week of a class session.

3) IN CASE OF COVID19, INFECTIOUS & OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES

In case of any stoppage or interruption due to (but not limitied to) COVID19, INFECTIOUS AND/OR OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES we will follow any local government orders as well as seek the advice of local healthcare experts.  HappyFeet will look to reschedule and move the dates back if related to this issue in accordance to the school's policy.  There will be NO reimbursement/prorated fees if a class or classes are cancelled due to COVID19, INFECTIOUS & OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES after the first of the month payment has been drafted.  However, your account will be placed on hold for any future months that school may be out of session and you will not be billed. 

4) SCHOOL/HAPPYFEET POLICIES

Each school may have specific class policies which are listed on the enrollment form for that school; a parent’s signature on that form acknowledges acceptance of those and all HappyFeet policies. HappyFeet Soccer, LLC is a vendor to the school and as such is not responsible for the condition of the school's facilities, nor for any actions taken by the school which might in any way change or impact the HappyFeet classes.

 

5) CLASS CANCELLATIONS

If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, HappyFeet Soccer will make every effort to work with the school to schedule a make-up class at some point during the school year. HappyFeet Soccer does not guarantee that any classes will be rescheduled. HappyFeet Soccer will coincide with any Shelby County School weather closings.


6) MISSED CLASSES

There will be no reimbursement/prorated fees or make-ups for classes missed due to personal matters, including (but not limited to): vacations, school and social events. Parents of students who will miss more than one class sequentially due to illness or injury should contact the HappyFeet administrative staff to discuss billing and make-up options.  December is not prorated for the Holiday.
